The College of Law secured the approval of both the National Universities Commission (NUC) and Council of Legal Education (CLE) following the facility verification visits of the two (2) approving bodies in November 2016 and May 2017 respectively.
The college has two (2) departments:
1. Public and International Law
2. Private and Property Law
It has the following objectives for our graduates on completion of their programmes:
1. Be able to use Law as a tool for resolution of various social, economic and political conflicts in the society.
2.Be equipped to effectively serve in all area of human endeavour, including as advisers to Governments and their agencies, companies, business firms and other organizations; and
3. Demonstrate interdisciplinary knowledge and skills in legal practice and broader legal services to humanity.
